《逃出地牢》是一部小规格、街机式作品，衍生于前作《挺进地牢》，内容则紧密延续前作中闯入地牢的探险者们的征程，不断向反方向“爬升”，挺过一程又一程愈发危险的电梯和一波又一波难缠的敌人。
地牢已深陷悖论与矛盾，摇摇欲坠！在女神法力祝福加持下，你手中枪支会在你向上逃出地牢途中不断变换。玩得越好，连击数越高，你的枪就会变成更强有力的形态。
伴随着疯狂的节奏，迎战顽抗到底、满腔怒火的子弹怪吧！当然，也别忘了停下脚步，与熟悉的面孔交谈几句……有些可是新面孔哦。本作有不断切换的房间、敌人、Boss，还有诡异新奇的武器和道具，一切的一切都能确保《逃出地牢》里每次尝试都是独一无二的绝妙体验。
